Ingredients 3/4 oz (fresh) Lime Juice
8 oz Club Soda
1 oz Simple Syrup
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Instructions Build all ingredients in a collins glass and top with soda. Garnish with a spiral of lime peel, and serve.
